Freelance consultant providing a range of services to the voluntary and community sector with over twenty-five years experience of organisational and project management in the sector. I am based in Sheffield and have been working freelance since 2005.

• voluntary and community sector funding
• project design, development and review
• project evaluation and research
• programme and funding management and administration

You probably have more skills and knowledge than you realise. You will be the 'expert' in your context and I will work collaboratively with you. Whatever your need my approach assumes that you and your community / people have the answers. I start each project with a blank slate and a lot of curiosity. I work with you to navigate the spaces between needs, aspirations, resources and current ways of doing things so we can find viable ways forward together.
